PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Studley Building in Providence has completed renovations.

Gov. Dan McKee, Mayor Brett Smiley, and city leaders cut the ribbon on the historic property on Weybosset Street on Monday.

Paolino Properties made the commercial office building into residences. The Studley is now home to 65 studio and one-bedroom apartments.

City officials said over 20% of the apartments will be workforce housing for middle income Rhode Islanders.
